Koda's Cross-Tracks Return/Exchange Policy

For new items, please see the manufacturer’s warranty information on returns and repairs.

For pre-owned items, returns must be made within 30 days from to date of purchase to request a return or exchange with the receipt.

Returns on pre-owned items can be exchanged or can be refunded in the form of store credit.

Gift cards are NOT eligible to be returned.

All items MUST be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased, including the original packaging and all instructions, manuals and accessories.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
