In-Store Pickups & Holding Limits: There is a 10-day window for customers to collect reserved stock before it goes back onto the sales floor, minimizing stagnant inventory.
Special Orders: Special Orders over $100 requires a down payment of half that amount.
Employee and Customer Code of Conduct: Koda's Cross-Tracks employees will treat all customers with respect, never using any type of foul language or hate speech. Employee are required to go above and beyond to assist the customer with their model train need(s). Belittling an employee or using foul language will not be tolerated, nor any type of hate speech by the customer. Customers who cannot follow these codes of conduct will be asked to leave.
Children: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and not left unattended in the store and watched closely.
In-Store Testing: We provide an in-store test track for DCC and DC locomotives. Once a pre-owned item is tested, approved, and leaves the store, its operational condition is the buyer's responsibility and is subject to our 30-day return/exchange policy.
